Shipping Policy

✨  Free shipping on all orders above ₹699 across India. Orders below ₹699 attract a nominal shipping charge at checkout.


We aim to deliver every Nuwe order safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or hilly areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistic partner delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions beyond our control.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within India only. We hope to expand our shipping to more regions soon — follow us on Instagram @nuweperfumes for updates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly through our carrier's tracking portal using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the estimated window, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at care@nuweperfumes.com or call +91 96330 60479.

  • For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and share photographs of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For lost shipments, we will raise a formal investigation with our courier partner.

7. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible. Nuwe Perfumes will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

An order may be returned to our facility if:

  • The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The phone number is incorrect or unreachable
  • The customer is unavailable for multiple delivery attempts
  • The package is refused at the time of delivery

In RTO cases, both forward and return shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund amount. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

9. Packaging

Every Nuwe perfume is packaged with care to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully. We use protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit. Our packaging is designed to reflect the quality of the fragrance inside.
