Return & Refund Policy

At Nuwe Perfumes, we handcraft every bottle with care and take quality seriously. We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, please read the policy below carefully so we can resolve it as smoothly as possible.

🔔  Return and replacement requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be accommodated.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
  • The product is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • The request is raised within 14 days of delivery
  • The purchase was made at full price on our official website nuweperfumes.com

Each request is reviewed individually by our support team. Approval is subject to inspection and verification of the product upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

✖  Opened, used, or tampered perfumes are strictly not eligible for return or replacement, as fragrances are consumable products.

The following items are not eligible under any circumstances:

  • Products purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer
  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging or missing seal
  • Orders where damage is reported after 14 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return / Replacement

Follow these steps to raise a return or replacement request:

Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please keep the product in its original packaging

Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days

Note: Replacement dispatch will only begin after the returned product is received and verified at our end.

4. Refund Policy

As our perfumes are handcrafted, consumable products made in small batches, monetary refunds are not available once an order has been delivered.

In exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g. out-of-stock item), we may offer a store credit of equivalent value, at our sole discretion.

In the event of a failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO), any applicable refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping charges. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at care@nuweperfumes.com or +91 96330 60479.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may wait to receive the product and raise a return request if it meets eligibility criteria.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Do not discard the original packaging
  • Take clear photographs or a video of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the evidence

We will arrange a replacement or resolution at the earliest once the damage is verified.
